GF Cinnamon Banana Blueberry Muffins with Happy Fats Glaze!!!

All you’ll need to make these tasty blueberry muffins are these ingredients👇

Muffins:
- 3 spotty bananas (the darker the better!)
- 1/2 cup nut butter of choice (I used almond but any kind works)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup fresh blueberries

Vanilla Glaze:
- 1 packet coco vanilla spread from @happyfatsnacks
- coconut sugar mix (1/2 tbsp coconut sugar + 1/2 tbsp cinnamon)

Preheat oven to 375F and lightly grease a muffin tin. Whisk dry ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside. In a larger bowl, mash bananas together and then combine thoroughly with other wet ingredients. Gradually mix in dry ingredients, then add in blueberries. Pour into a muffin tin and bake for about 30 min or until a tooth pick comes out clean. Once cooled, spread coco vanilla spread on top and finish off with the cinnamon sugar mixture😍
